Every year Hampshire Cannabis Community throws a public awareness event on Eastney Beach.
The picnic this year took place on the beach last Saturday and saw around 100 guests turn up to the 420-friendly event.
We couldn’t have asked for better weather, with the summer sun and beach breeze providing a perfect temperature for guests throughout the day.
There were stalls with cannabis information such as TTCC (Tottenham Compassion Club) talking about cannabinoids as medicine.
There were also edibles stalls with delicious snacks and treats and merchandise and clothing stalls such as Smoke Loud who were at Eastney Beach who were there representing their shop location in Bristol.
We set up a mini shop on the Hampshire stall and sold a few of our new THTC collaboration T-Shirts and other merchandise throughout the day to people at the event.
People in attendance included UKCSC and Cannafam, Bless Medz, Adur & Worthing Cannabis Club, Farmer Flave, MKCSC, Simpa Carter, Drew Gilchrist and many more.
Like at all the events we attended we met some awesome new people, some of which were attending their first canna event. It was good to get their perspective on the canna scene and their first event.
Events like Eastney Beach help to highlight the community spirit and allow people to come together from all walks of life to share their passion for cannabis.
Without fail we always have fun at community-run cannabis awareness events and we look forward to attending the next one held by Hampshire Cannabis Community.
If you live in Hampshire, the South, or can travel down then we highly recommend it!
